St. Patrick's Day Cocktail: Irish Wake

There are only two kinds of people in this world, the Irish and those who wish they were. Happy Saint Patrick's Day! 

Okay, I am kidding, I know that not everyone wishes they were Irish, but it's always fun to be Irish this time of year. On Saturday I walked (injured foot, can't run) a St. Patrick's Day 5k with my friends down in Pensacola and afterwards they served Irish stew, had live Irish music, and served Irish Wakes. Now, the Irish wake is a recipe that is special to this pub, McGuire's, down in Pensacola and Destin, but I did find the recipe online. I will warn you ahead of time, they have a 2 drink limit and won't serve them after midnight if you go to the pub, so be careful when you make these!

Irish Wake
1.5oz Bacardi Light Rum
1.5oz Bacardi Gold Rum
1.5oz Blue Curacao Liquor
1oz Bacardi 151 Rum
Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Use a 32 ounce glass and pack with ice. Then add the liquor and orange juice. Sip slowly.
